How Rish works

The same approach runs through every example on this site. It comes from using AI in working businesses, not demos.

  1. Start with a real taskSomething that comes back every week, costs time or goes wrong too often. Sometimes a simpler process is the better answer, and setup, subscriptions and review time belong in the sum.
  2. Give AI the business’s own materialMenus, brand facts, standards and handwritten sheets. Photograph instead of retyping, dictate on site walks, and push back on anything generic: give the real venue, city, dates and guest.
  3. Write the rules onceA brand bible, saved preferences and fixed templates mean outputs start on-brand, and one source feeds the PDF, the Word file and the deck.
  4. Check before anything is usedAI drafts; people decide. Second passes, a visual check of every document and challenging the numbers. Big studies run in approved stages, with modelled figures labelled.
  5. Turn what works into a systemRepeat jobs become Skills and scheduled routines, with approval for anything that acts in a live tool. The right tool for each job: Claude for documents, analysis and systems; ChatGPT for editing images.
  6. Share it, and keep improvingThe method, the checks and the mistakes, with every example labelled by where it stands, updated as the businesses and the tools change.

Why he shares it

Most owners don’t have time to test every tool on their own business. AI for Hospitality shares what worked, with the checks and the mistakes, so you can start from something tried in a working venue.
