Scope and deliverables

Built around agreed priorities and an internal person responsible for implementation. A typical starting engagement includes two calls per month and review of up to two workstreams. Access and response expectations are defined in the proposal. New builds and daily execution are separately scoped.

Is this for a single venue or a hospitality group?

Either can be a fit. The important factors are the problem, the scope and your ability to put the recommendations into practice.

Can we work together outside India?

Yes. Remote engagements can be arranged internationally. Timing and any onsite requirements are agreed in advance.

Will you build and run everything for us?

The engagements focus on strategy, systems and adoption. Implementation, workshops or specialist technical work can be discussed and scoped separately where delivery is available.

How is our business information handled?

We agree what information is needed and which tools may process it before sharing confidential material. Responsibilities and permissions are documented in the engagement.
