Help us make AI useful in hospitality.
At AI for Hospitality, we start with the work—not the tool. We look at real tasks in restaurants, bars and cafés, test where AI can help, check the results, and turn what works into methods hospitality teams can use.
We’re looking for someone curious about AI who wants to learn by doing: testing ideas carefully, improving workflows, and helping us share practical lessons with the industry.

Based at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.
Work with us to turn real hospitality tasks into useful AI workflows. You’ll help us understand how a task is done today, test AI tools and prompts against it, check where the results fall short, and document a better process when we find one.
The work may touch menus and recipes, team training, marketing, guest communication, reporting or new openings. The aim is to create methods that hold up in real use and that another hospitality team can understand and repeat.
What you’ll work on
- Mapping real hospitality tasks and operating problems.
- Testing AI tools, prompts and workflows using relevant business material.
- Checking outputs carefully, improving them and recording their limitations.
- Creating prompts, templates, checklists, guides and repeatable processes.
- Helping turn tested methods into resources, examples and training.
What we’re looking for
You’re genuinely interested in AI and enjoy figuring out how things work. You think in an organised way, write clearly, pay attention to detail and test ideas before deciding they’re good.
You may have completed an AI course, be self-taught or have started experimenting on your own. You don’t need to arrive as an expert. We’re interested in what you’ve tried, what you learned and how you think through a real problem.
What good work looks like
A workflow that solves a real hospitality problem, has been checked by a person, and is documented clearly enough for someone else to use. We’ll be clear about what is tested, what is still in development and what needs human judgment.
Tell us what you’ve been exploring.
Share what interests you about AI in hospitality and any course project, prompt, workflow or experiment you’ve tried. I read every application. If it looks like a fit, I’ll be in touch so we can talk about the work.
